 		 The following database lists selcals (selective callsigns) identfying utility stations using SITOR-A (ARQ), TWINPLEX SITOR-A, G-TOR, PacTOR and Packet Radio.  In the case of most SITOR-A stations these selcals do not conform to maritime (MMS) 5-digit translation rules. 

The database rows are colon-delimited ASCII in the following format: 

Selcal:Callsign:User/Organization:Location or Frequency (if location unknown) 

Select selcals: 

0-9, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z
