nations.  SITOR-A has been copied in plaintext but TWINPLEX is
invariably encrypted. 
   
AB (Feb96) notes 14854.7 - Daily for the last 3 days TWINPLEX idling on
this freq from 0200-0400Z. No traffic noted during this time. ISS
station very weak and barely discernable. IRS reasonable strength. Sure
this is Canberra with somewhere in the Pacific Islands.
