Once thought to be part of the Canadian Military ALE network due to at
least two shared channels, this network is now believed to be operated
by the Venezuelan Army.  

AMD data is exchanged rarely and ALE activity often triggers a
MIL-188-110A HF modem which appears to be part of an X.25 data network
(traffic frames resembling that carried on the Swedish Diplomatic
network) but with "TEQTEQ..." preamble/sync header.

Possible ALE ID structure:

CGE = Commando General Ejercito
CLC = Commando Logistico Centrale
CLM = Commando Logistico Medio
CRC = Commando ??? Centrale 
CRM = Commando ??? Medio
