This network has a wide variety of frequencies and has also been heard
in both Europe and the US.  

ALE triggers encrypted voice and high-speed modem activity.  

Link-protected ALE is also used on occasions. AMD messages are frequent
with daily semi-colon delimited variables ending in "HUERTA", the
meaining of which is unknown.

User is suspected to be the Chilean Navy, supported by Spanish operator
chatter during AMD exchanges and a message (see example 1) in which one
station requests the other to pass messages to CCS (which is the
callsign of the Naval HQ in Santiago).
